Let me start by saying I like Jenna Elfman. It's been so long since she's had a hit, that I was really pulling for her.
But, Yikes! I know it's just the pilot but, OMG, can I have that 22 minutes back?
Cookie cutter characters, two annoying teens and a simp dad. (I cut the little girl a lot of slack. She didn't write it).
If someone had watched this before it aired and said: "Let's surgically remove the family, make Jenna a little less Dharma, keep the furball, maybe you've got the nucleus...
