Is there a remote app for android that provides private listening?

I have a Roku Express + and it has such an app. You can use an Android app as a remote control and it can send the sound via Wifi to your phone. This way, one can use earphones to listen to the tv. No need for the more expensive Roku with the earphone jacks with this application. It's one of my favourites apps for Roku.

I've searched and haven't found a similar application for a Tivo Roamio. Anyone know if one exist? All...
