Hello, my name is Joe I am from NY. I have had Tivo for about maybe 2 years now. I remember the dreaded setup that was my Tivo premier. 3 hours between Tivo and TIme Warner Cable made me want to rip my hair out and return the box altogether. However, since then it has been Great. I just received my New Roamio and Mini in the mail today and thought if start setting up. So I unplugged the premier, and also unplugged the required tuning adapter from TWC. So I plug everything in from the Roamio and also plug in the tuning adapter as well. After a long startup process of downloads and such TiVo is finally ready. However I am getting a Black screen. With the error message v58. Something about channel not authorized. Of course it's too late to call anyone now (believe me I tried!). I was able to speak to Tivo to have my service transferred over to the Roamio and then hung up waiting for the box to be ready.
Does anyone know if there is something I can try to make this work? Time Warner is horrible to deal with, I wish I could get fios but unfortunately not possible where I live.

Also, the transferring of shows is BS because everything is copy protected. Even the news from a basic cable channel. Thank you in advance.
