Premier HD died... What to do now?

Thanks in advance for any ideas that people come up with!



I have a 2 tuner Premiere without lifetime, that I had expanded to a 2TB drive. This morning it crapped out. I have the original 320GB drive and swapped out the 2TB drive and it boots so I am pretty sure its the Hard Drive.



What are my options? Copy the 320GB to a new 2TB drive and carry on?



Try to find a 4 tuner Premiere on CL or fleabay with lifetime?



Buy a new Roamio?



I haven't messed around here in a few years, so I am way out of touch with Tivo's current offerings?



Anyone have any suggestions?
