Tivo Boix stuck on 59%

This is weird but we always had lots of suggestions and out recently deleted folder would be full and of course so many at a time would drop off as new ones got deleted. All we did was get a new 60 inch Vizio TV and all of a sudden our suggestions became 1 or 2 our recently deleted folder would have 1 or 2 only. Our Tivo would always be at no more than 76% and we would come home delete what we didn't want and it would go down to like 69 or 71%.



Last night Tivo had me turn off suggestions reboot turn them back on reboot and said wait 24 hours. Well suggestions went up to 4 than 6 but then 2 dropped off and we had set up 3 or 4 shows to record. But we were only on 59% or 61%. Well now our Tivo thinks it's full at 60% and everything keeps dropping off once it's hits 6 and it like stuck on 59%. Our yesterdays 2 suggestions went away and there were only 6 total and we were only on 61% its weird. My husband said he thinks the hard drive is thinking it's full at 60% when it shouldn't be I don't know. Anyone have any suggestions on what to do? I'm calling Tivo back too but there's a 10 minute hold time and just thought someone here might have had a similar problem. Thanks!



We have one Roamio and 2 mini's. Not sure if it's hooked up ethernet or wireless would have to ask my husband sorry.
