Greetings,
I have copied 13 "Original Cosmos" files from my Tivo to my Windows based desktop. I can play them in Tivo Desk Top program. They average about 5-6 gigabytes long. I want to transfer them from my desktop to a thumb drive. I've got a 32 GB and a 16 GB thumb drive with ove 10GB free space. I've formatted one of them and have transferred several GB of MP3 files to it with no problem. My problem is when I try to transfer one .TIVO file to it, it copies about 4 GB and then errors out with a message that says there is not enough space on the thumb drive. I've tried it several times on both thumb drives with the same result. Using Widows File Explorer it says the .tivo file is too large for the destination file system. I think that I formatted it in FAT32 format but I'm not sure.
Anyone else had this problem?
Thanks,
Art
