Need Help with tivi +

Running Desktop + 2.8.3 Had to reinstall Win 7 now when I go to Playing on my computer from tivo premeir, I see the files mp4, I can also select any for transfer, but after selecting a file to transfer to the tivo I get "transfer this recording" then "please wait" which lasts for about 30 sec then The program has been added to the to do list yada yada yada. but it never transfer.

I have changes preferences to Tivo Beacon and back to bonjour, nothing helps.

This has been a problem since my first Tivo series 1, and its still a problem.
