Premiere elite added most my deleted programs

My premiere elite added most my deleted programs back in the NPL list. I go check on to see if the new update was ready for my tivo. First I was checking on some shows that the tivo got. After checking my guild had every channel listed. I had to to go and delete all of the channels that I did not watch. Then i went to the NPL list and it was reading 96% full. Last night it was at 20%. Some how it transferred the deleted programs back to NPL list. It went back all the way to the middle of Dec of last year.

Would any know what caused this?
