Premiere screen goes blank for 10-15 seconds after deleting show

I am having an issue with Premiere where after I delete a show the screen goes black except for the upper right corner where live TV can be viewed.



It's about 10 seconds where none of the buttons on the remote work, then all of the sudden things start working again.



This seems to be a fairly consistent pattern but only happening with one of my 3 Tivo's.



Is anyone else experiencing this also? If so, is there anything I can do to resolve?
