So I figured a speculation thread might be fun so we wouldn't need to worry about cluttering up individual episode threads.
Past episode spoilers and the upcoming episode year spoilers are cool. I'd like to keep spoilers from other sites off limits, though. Still, I figure we can use this thread all season, so there will be ongoing spoilers as the season progresses.
So, through the fourth episode so far, we have three known resurrected/clones with a possible fourth one. I think the doctor's mom is alive and living with the guy she had an affair with. Otherwise his response to the doc seemed really odd. However the writers seem to be holding off on that storyline for a while.
I think there is something much bigger happening. I think that each of the resurrected have a part to play, but also have their own desires that they can't tamp down. The letter in Caleb's pocket seems to indicate that they were closed or copied somehow. It can't be time travel because the letter was added at his funeral, not his death. However, he had to have been copied before he was cremated.
I wonder if the increased metabolism and eating is the body's attempt to age itself to its chronological age.
