With the onset of digital with TWC, my Series 2 DT, is only single tuner now. My TV watching needs are simple. I just want to be able to record on one channel and watch on another. I don't even need HD.
I'm finding there is no way to adapt my Series 2 so I'm wondering what my options are. I could get another Series 2 and use that but then wouldn't it be a programming nightmare since they wouldn't talk to each other?
I don't really understand how cable cards work. Do I need a cable card with Series 3? Do I need one card or 2? Is S-cards single tuner and M-dual?
