I know the Roamio base model can do either OTA or cable card recordings but not both. Is the last model that can do both the Tivo Premiere? It appears that way from my trying to research but i'm not sure. I have had tivo since the first DirectTV model but always a directv branded model so I'm used to not having any of the features so am willing to use an older model to be able to record OTA and cable. I dropped directv and thought I could do without Tivo and rely on On Demand but was wrong. I live in an area with great reception of Sacramento's channels but am classified as bay area to Comcast and frequently the NFL broadcasts are different for both cities for the Sunday game that isn't the raiders or niners so would be nice to have along with the other channels that have some variance in programming.
