LOONG time Tivo user, I just took the plunge and replaced by Series 3 HD with a Roamio Plus.
The first day I fired Roamio up, activated the box, etc. Then I entered in my NetFlix credentials. All was fine. I watched a number of shows/movies flawlessly (pretty nice interface BTW!)
Then...about a week later, I fired up NetFlix again, and I got the Sign-up/Sign-in screen. Odd, I thought, that it forgot my credentials, but OK, I enter them again.
As soon as I correctly enter NetFlix credentials, I am booted out to the Tivo Central screen. So, I select NetFlix...and everything locks up. If I press anything on the remote, the indicator on the front flickers, but nothing else happens.
After about 5 mins, the Roamio reboots.
The Roamio is currently at version: 20.4.5c-USA-6-848 I never checked on Day-1 to see what version it was at when NetFlix worked...I'm assuming it updated itself since.
I did go into the Roamio account settings menu and 'deactivated this device' in the NetFlix accout. Same freeze/reboot results when I re-enter my creds.
[Potential clue...or red herring] When this first happened, I was on wired Ethernet. After the reboot, the Ethernet wouldn't connect, so I switched to WiFi. After another reboot, WiFi wouldnt connect, but switching back to wired worked fine.
Any help would be great. I've googled around and haven't quite found a similar problem/solution.
