Upgrading to Romio

I have two questions



1) I have a TivoHD on lifetime and upgraded HD, I also have Xbox One, is a Romio worth the upgrade? is PQ any better?



2) Does the Romio Basic supprot Dual Band Wifi 5ghz networks?



I will be using it on FIOS
