500 Questions (Season 2 spoilers)

Anybody else watch this? I was really enjoying the show, and then bam! It's over? What the he!! kind of an ending was that?!

So does that guy get to come back next season and start at Question 246 or whatever? Or is he just done?

I have to say I'm pretty annoyed by this. The teeny-tiny baby season seems ridiculous and unfair for a show with a set-up where actually getting though the 500 questions would take all or even more than the episodes they are showing. I mean, it seems like only the first or possibly second contestant of the season would even have a shot at it if there are only going to be 4 episodes, just because anybody else would run out of time. So the whole thing was just designed to see if Ken Jennings could do it, and the rest is just filler? That's just so annoying and unfair for a guy like this, who was doing so well and on a roll. He should have had a fair chance to see if he could get through the 500 questions, not be cut off in the middle. Even if he does come back next year, who knows where his head will be a year from now. I think they should have kept going until this guy failed, just to give him a fair chance.
