Bolt, Cable Card issue (Charter)

I installed my spankin' new Bolt yesterday. The cable card pairing seemed to go okay. But when I tune into some channels, the cable card pairing screen comes up telling me to call Charter.

It's premium and what I think are switched channels that are bouncing me to that screen. Really frustrating.

I took the cable card out of one of my older TiVos, so it's fairly old. I'm thinking as a next step I take it to the local Charter office and have them exchange it for a newer card. See if that fixes things.

I've seen a couple of older threads dealing with this issue, but no real definitive solution.

Thoughts?
