Ethernet Switch for TiVo Mini

I have a Mini upstairs in my hearth room. Next to it I have an ATT M-Cell (that basically boosts my cell phone signal.) Right now, the ethernet goes into the M-Cell, then out of the M-Cell to the Mini. No problems at all. Except the M-Cell doesn't work, and ATT sent me a replacement. But the replacement model doesn't have an ethernet out. So I guess I have to buy an Ethernet Switch. There are cheap ones, like this:

Or more expensive ones that say "Gigabit." Will the cheap one work for the Mini?
