New Tivo Bolt Activation

Hi All,

Just wondering if anyone has had experience activating the Bolt with the first year included. I bought the Bolt with 1 year included at Bestbuy at the end of May but when I went to activate, choices were only the usual pay plans. After calling tivo support, the support person escalated the issue but started me on the month to month $14.95 plan but said I should get a refund back in 3-5 days. Its been over a week and I still see the issue under My Support and a subsequent call says they may not look in my issue for another 2 weeks! My question is has anyone had any problems getting the 1 year included? Because Bestbuy only has a 14 day return policy, if there is an issue and I don't get the first year free I won't be able to return it and will have lost the extra $100 cost for the bolt with 1st year included with no other recourse.
