Plex crashes Bolt and Romio

I have some videos which were recorded with PlayLater and are in my Plex library. I can absolutely every time crash Plex on both the Bolt and Romio. Most times it immediately jumps back to the Tivo menu whenever I try to actually play the file but occasionally it completely freezes the Bolt (not sure if freezes Romio since not played too much, but certainly crashes every time)

I have tried disabling direct stream and direct play but same result.

I am using the latest Plex server, Plex app and latest Tivo firmware.

Thoughts anyone?
