Plex loading playlist files must faster on Mini vs Roamio Pro

Has anyone else noticed that Plex loads video files via a playlist about twice as fast on a Mini as it does on the Roamio? It seems crazy to me as I would think it would be the other way around. Example: Playing the very same playlist on my Mini which is a compilation of a TV series, takes approximately 9 seconds between episodes to load and queue up the following video. However the same playlist on my Roamio Pro takes just under 20 seconds to accomplish the same task.

Any ideas?
