Hello: I have a Tivo Premiere XL4 (758 series) and am having network issues. My router gives it a DHCP address and it shows up on the network when viewing the router, and it also shows network connection signal details in the Network Connection screen (Type, Name, Signal, IP and Mac Id) of the TIVO.
When I go to connect it gives me either "No Gateway" or "No Router" error.
or Status: Failed No DHCP server. Why am I getting this error when it shows an active network connection from both the Router and the Tivo adapter??
I have reset the router, restarted the TIVO, reconfigured the network and replaced the network adapter (which had died)! I have also tried programming a fixed IP address, which doesn't seem to make any difference.
Any suggestions?? I have no TV program information now, so this thing is useless! Thanks in advance for any help!
