On Friday I added a Plus to my account that I bought on ebay. I didn't install and add cablecard until yesterday (Saturday). It has taken several restarts etc to get all my tivos to see eachother and to be able to access recordings. Now I'm having difficulty transferring shows to this newly added tivo both via online and by requesting the transfer from the tivo since the option isn't there. I'm thinking it's because permissions aren't there on my account for this tivo. The problem is that on TiVo.com under DVR preferences to enable transfers both boxes say N/A. Is this something that can be fixed or do I just have to wait until the box has been connected for a long enough period, or does Tivo admin have to finish processing or some such that can be achieved if I call them (they're not open yet)? I don't see that there's a way that I can fix this myself.
