when aligning an oval 3 LNB Dish I have no signal on transponder 110

I have an older TiVo PVR with a 3 LNB amplifer on an 18"x20" oval dish. When I go through the alignment instructions, it references transponders 101. 110 and 119. I am not getting 0 signal on transponder 110. I am getting 90+ signal level on transponder 101 and 119. I have tryed to very the alignment and still do not get any signal on 110. I am able to get all of the DTV channels that I subscribe to, except my "local" channels. Probably has something to do with transponder 110. I am guessing that one of the 3 LNA's on the dish has failed.
