Frustrated with lack of Tivo support HBO Go

I recently got HBO Go and every 10 seconds is buffers and it is unusable at this point. 2 weeks of reporting problems over Chat phone and email and tivo is trying to differ the issue as if it does not exist b/c I'm the only one who has reported it.

Netflix and other streaming apps work fine except for HBOGo. Is anyone else having problems with HBOGo on their Tivo? HBOGo has no issues streaming over the phone or computer on the same LAN, and yes the tivo is hardwired no wifi with a static IP.
