TAs crapping out on a frequent basis

I've been taking preventive action by rebooting my TAs once or twice a month. This has worked well for a few years. However, in the last month or two both my TAs have been getting messed up every few days.

If it was just one TA I could blame the box. Is this something being caused by the cable company? Anyone else noticing any poor performance of their TAs?
