No component video (mostly)

This is a new one: Suddenly I apparently get nothing but a black screen from the component video on my Roamio. The TV doesn't complain about the signal, so it is apparently a proper video output of nothing but black. If I power cycle it, I *do* get component output for the "wait just a few more moments" picture of the TiVo guy, so it can sometimes generate video other than black, just not once it is booted.

I plugged in an HDMI cable, and I do get video from it, so I guess I'm switching to...
