Transferring copyright protected shows

So I'm probably going to get the The OTA Roamio with Lifetime service, and move my premiere downstairs. My question is, if I go to transfer shows from one to the other or visa versa, will I have any trouble with copyright protection for over the air network channels? Sure appreciate the help from this forum and thanks very much for any info. that will help
