Quick Comcast help needed - I have tech support in another window

I have a Roamio Basic and Comcast Internet Plus (which includes limited basic cable and HBO).



I had everything working (and getting there was painful) and then I upgraded the hard drive which made the cable card quit.



I'm trying to get it reactivated. Tech support has sent a couple of hits to my cable card and had me restart the tivo but HBO is still not there.



Any tips? Will I need to repeat guided setup at any point?
