I've been noticing this ever since I got my Roamio (and I've had two different boxes, so it seems consistent). I also seem to vaguely recall having this issue on one of the tuners many years ago when I had a series 2.
Anyway, between that and the fact that I didn't see this on my older DVR from Comcast, I'm inclined to believe it's a Tivo thing and not a Comcast/Cable issue?
It's basically random pixelation artifacts, sometimes in a row of pixels, or sometimes just random pixely artifacts for a second. In the span of an hour program it may happen only a few times, if at all.
