Roamio Plus/Pro as MoCA bridge performance

I finally gave in and decided to upgrade to the Roamio Pro after dealing with being limited to 4 tuners on the basic and with the Plus/Pro having 1gb ethernet and built in Stream I will be improving the network speed including not needing the external Stream box on top of that, all the movie channels are now restricted to copy once which makes coping to PC and other Tivos impossible, so....

I'm preparing to replace my 2 Roamio basics with a Pro (Wu Hu!) and was wondering what the performance issues might be with using the built in Moca bridge on the Plus & Pro versus using just a Actiontec Moca adapter. Currently my Roamio basic's are all connected by ethernet and I use a Actiontec adapter to bridge my ethernet to MoCa

I see a benefit of using the separate adapter to bridge my Moca network as it won't depend on the Pro but of course all my Moca traffic will be routed though the Pro if I use it as the bridge instead of having a dedicated adapter will put more load on the single connection of the Pro.

Has anyone measure MoCa network performance though a Roamio Plus/Pro compared to just a single separate adapter or have any observations from your own experience using the Plus/Pro as a MoCa bridge?

My wired network is 1gb switched so upgrading to the Pro will put the Roamio Pro on 1gb while of course currently it runs at 100 with the basic.
