A friend of mine has a Roamio Pro. Shortly after updating to 20.4.2, he's had nothing but problems.
Anything but watching TV and recorded shows results in a lot of blue circles. When it finally does come back, things go downhill from there.
Search doesn't work at all. After trying to enter the search terms, nothing comes back and eventually it returns a "search is temporarily unavailable" message. After trying again, it gives a C133 error and 'Search' and 'Browse TV & Movies' are greyed out.
Apps don't work either. Pandora, Netflix, etc. all return error messages related to network issues. The Netflix network test comes back successful.
The header banner in the guide and the now playing list isn't getting updated, but there's content there.
The TiVo iOS app never can connect to the Roamio. It gets a 'Box not responding' error.
Meanwhile, TV works fine. It gets guide updates and content is watchable on the mini. A network test works fine along with daily updates.
He called TiVo support, who had him run through some diagnostics and even run setup again. No luck.
He's a long time TiVo owner and is getting frustrated. Help!
