incorrect channel listing for Santa Clarita 91321

Is anyone else having trouble with thier Channel line up from Santa Clarita? I have rerun the guided setup a few times on different TiVo boxes all with the same tragic results. I called TiVo over a week ago. They filed some claim ir ticket, but the issue still isnt resolved.
