Tivo support could not help me with this issue so I'm hoping to get some help here. I have 2 Romio Pros, one in our primary home and another in a vacation home. I can stream recordings from my primary home but not from the other. I can see the recordings, it tries to start the streaming session and then fails with a dialog that says "There was a problem connecting to your streaming device." It works fine when i am at the house but not when trying to connect through another network.
Is this some type of firewall issue?
