Just got my first Roamio

I had FiOS move the CableCard to the new TiVo Roamio Pro and all channels works but HBO and MAX, even though they worked on my older TiVo XL4 with the same card. Now FiOS is going to end me out another card. So for now, NO HBO/MAX until I get the new card.



Anyone else have a similar issue? If so, how did you resolve it?
