Netflix artwork take forever to show up on Mini

This has been happening for a while, but I'm just now reporting it.



Viewing Netflix on a Mini (host: Roamio Pro), images seem to take forever to start appearing. It takes so long that I start scrolling blindly through the black boxes and just reading the text. Eventually the art all shows up, but it is an annoying problem.



Tivo issue? Netflix issue? Cable company issue?
