Not currently available programs show up on wish lists

I recently reactivated my TiVo's, they both downloaded the current update, and I have noticed something that I do not recall from the past.



I have many wishlists that have been created....but now I see shows appear in my wishlists, but they say "currently not available".



Is this accurate...guess I don't understand why programs appear in my wishlist if it is not available.
