"No Tuning Adapter" msg

I have a Tuning Adapter (Cisco STA 1520) hooked up to my Series 3 and it has been working fine for several months. TWC is my provider. Now I get a "No Tuning Adapter" message when I go to Settings/Remote, CableCARD, &Devices/Tuning Adapter. I get my normal channels OK but not the SDV channels (like Velocity).



I called the Cable Card Hotline and they say things look good from their end.

• solid green light on TA


• have checked both ends of USB cable connecting TA & TiVo


• have rebooted TA and TiVo

Any ideas before I swap the TA for another? If I do swap it does it have to be "provisioned" or "paired"?
