V58 Error

I have a Roamio Plus and a couple of minis. I'm getting V58 errors. Sometimes the errors goes away when I switch back and forth to the same channel and sometimes the channel is always a V58 error until I restart the Roamio Plus. The minis see the same issue until I restart the Roamio Plus.



I have replaced the Comcast cable card in the Roamio 4 times and get the same results. I am using a MoCA network with a MoCa point of entry filter from Tivo, all my splitters are 2Ghz, and my SNR level is good, about 34 to 35db with signal strength about 90 - 94%.



This is an annoying problem. How do I correct it other than restarting the Tivo Roamio a couple of times a day?
