Which "TiVo for connected devices" will we get?

I'm curious what others think may be released by TiVo as their interface on your ancillary devices like Roku, FireTV, Xbox, PSx, etc.?



Will it be something basic like this from ZNF, similar to what Simple.TV and Tablo do?:

I know the last couple are cloud based, but can't the "cloud" just be your local TiVo on your local LAN?



If it's more like the UI renders on the last two links, then that seems to emulate a mini fairly well which could negate the need for them anymore, right?



Of course this is all speculation, but I'm curious.
