What works after service turned off and cablecard removed?

I'm replacing 4 premieres with 1 roamio pro (lifetime) and 3 mini's. This kills the monthly fees and eliminates 3 cable cards; in two years it more than pays for itself.



I do have a bunch of stuff on the old boxes (and their external drives) that I'd just as soon keep online for the new machines to see.



When I cancel the tivo subscriptions, will I still be able to access the old premieres, or am I going to need to transfer the contents to the new roamio before retiring them?
