Looks like a variation on America's Funniest Home Videos, only (a) with Internet videos, (b) "celebrities" choosing the winners, and (c) the winner not getting any cash. In other words, pretty much what I expected from a show called "World's Funniest Fails."
I did notice that a lot of the videos were British, including the winning one (at the end, they had the winner "accepting the prize", which I assume was recorded separately after the rest of the show was taped); I wonder if this includes things reused from a British show, the way Banzai! was.
And let's not forget the disclaimer at the start of the show: "Do not send videos to Fox or the producers." Right - just record a staged "fail" and put it on YouTube. Actually, it probably should have said, "Don't bother sending in videos; all of this season's episodes have already been recorded, and nobody expects this show to return for season 2."
