A warning to Brighthouse customers

When Brighthouse installed the card and TA for my new Bolt, I lost Starz and many other channels that my Series 2 with a cable box had been receiving. I had 2 tech guys here and talked to Brighthouse by phone - they all said the same thing. Everything was hooked up and working right but there were just some channels their card wasn't capable of receiving. If they tell you this, don't believe it! Just connect the TA to the Tivo with a USB cable in addition to the coax cable that Brighthouse uses. I now receive everything I could with the Series 2 except VOD. I don't know why Brighthouse wouldn't want us to know this but considering the TA didn't include instructions or cables of any kind, it sure seems like they don't. One thing I can say for sure is that the fine folks on this site were not only WAY more help than anyone at Brighthouse, but they did it in WAY less time!
