Four Flickering Lights - Reboot/Watch/Repeat

All four front lights flicker and the screen is at set up. I can reboot and watch a show or two, either live or off DVR. However, the screen will go to setting up screen and all four lights will flicker again.

Any help?

I've read the previous "Four Lights" posts, but mine is a basic Roamio with no upgrades and I can watch TV & DVR if I restart the machine.
