Bolt+ iPad streaming problem

Is anyone else having problems using the iPad app with the Bolt+ ?

I have been working with Tivo support on this for at least 2 weeks. I bought a Bolt from best buy, connected it, including streaming to 2 iPads and it worked fine.

I realized that I should have bought the Bolt+, so I ordered one directly from Tivo. I was having problems with streaming, and thought it might be my network. So I disconnected the Bolt (had not returned it yet) and connected the Bolt+ to the same ethernet cable. Still no luck.

After many hours of connecting the Bolt+ to the network, deleting and reinstalling the iPad apps, removing the Bolt (and my old streamer) from the device list, even renaming the Bolt+, nothing works (except for programming shows).

I cannot watch shows on the iPad. So weird. I have a Tivo case number so they are working on it.
