No Xfinity-On-Demand for over 10 days in Houston ERR-16

Is this error really a Comcast issue or TiVo?

It started out with the GSM-2 Error and sometimes V301. When the rest of the country got that fixed, Houston was left with the ERR-16 error.

I've got at least 6 clients in Houston with no XOD. And a pending Bolt+ install.

This page makes me wonder if it's a TiVo issue:

I'd sure like this to get fixed! (READ: I'm getting fairly annoyed!)
