Cable TV cord-cutting questions re: Premiere

I got a two-tuner Premiere unit back around 6 years ago that's still working, and I've had digital cable TV the whole time (with a 2-in-1 CableCard).

Back when I got the unit, I tried seeing how it picked up OTA channels (even the major networks-- ABC/CBS/NBC/Fox/PBS/CW) and the tuner wouldn't pick up anything reliably, using the same indoor antenna that the old Samsung "Slimfit" CRT-based HDTV could use to pick up a whole bunch of channels with no problems. I live fairly close-in in Portland Oregon and I was pretty disgusted by the OTA performance, frankly. I see others have reported similar issues with the Premiere.

Anyway, since I have serious doubts about whether say, an attic antenna would improve anything on the OTA front, I wonder what Internet-based services are supported natively on the TiVo Premiere which would include all those broadcast networks and a good selection of cable channels (I don't care about 24 hr "news" or sports ones at all). Thanks for any replies.
