Is there a way to watch my recorded programs without the nag message screens

As you know I have had untold problems with my CableCard in my Roamio Pro.
Today was worst as not even rebooting would solve the problem. Going to the Red Zone channel and trying to record caused the CableCard to fail and not load. I already did a reset with a live agent. I rebooted the TiVo and attempted to go the Red Zone channel again and it once again caused the CableCard to fail. Might be a new layer of copy protection ordered by the NFL.

In any case I am going back to Verizon equipment. I want to watch my recorded programs on my TiVo without a CableCard inserted. I have a paid up subscription with TiVo till June. I don't want to get those 161 messages coming on when I'm watching a recorded program. To get rid of the messages you have to exit which takes you back to the TiVo menu and select the recording again. Is there any way I can eliminate those messages. Would disconnecting the FIOS cable solve it and just leave the TiVo hooked up to my TV. I don't want to transfer the programs to my desktop computer. I have several season passes which I want to catch up on and then I will record the programs on my FIOS DVR going forward.
