We have a small (19K subscribers) municipality run cable company in the city I live in. Got an email from them yesterday that they will be offering TiVo's as an option shortly.

There is no information on their website as of yet, but I found it interesting. I currently pay $13.99 for an HD DVR (only 2 channel) with them, so the price is comparable for a much better device.
