Hi all,
I've purchased a Roamio OTA device. It's located downstairs (in split level house) and connected to our primary TV in family room.
The OTA antenna is barely picking up a signal based on position.
I want to know other options for relocating the antenna to a better position and then connecting it to the Roamio device.
I'm thinking (if this is possible) to relocate the OTA antenna upstairs or in attic and then connect the antenna either directly to our existing MoCA network via Coax, or to our existing ethernet network to MoCA network via MoCA adapters.
Bottom line, I just need to get a stronger OTA signal to our Roamio box, without running an incredibly long coax cable from downstairs to upstairs :), or completely rewiring the house.
Any and all suggestions would be helpful.
Thanks!
