Show Recording on Channel Not in List

So, I had a OnePass set up from last year for Lucifer. It was set to record on "All Channels", which never was a problem. I noticed that I had not seen an episode in a while after seeing the season premier for Season 2, but saw that it was recording tonight.

It was about 45 minutes into the recording, so I went to play it. When I did, it showed a black screen, the time bar was not filled in, and it just sat at the 0 minute mark. I watched something else and then came back to it, but found that it was not in my PlayList.

Upon checking my History, I found two entries for Lucifer for tonight as well as for last week's episode. One was listed as "Not Recorded - No Signal" and the other was listed as "Duplicate". When I look at the channel for the recording, the "No Signal" one was listed as trying to record on FIOS Channel 510 - WBFFDT, which is out of Baltimore and is not even in my channel listing. The "Duplicate" recording was listed for FIOS Channel 505 WTTGDT, which is my normal Fox affiliate.

I have changed my OnePass to only record from 505 from now on. I'm guessing that since it thought it was recording on 510, it did not record on 505. What's strange though is that it even tried to record on 510 when that channel in not in my Channel Listing. I can't even see it if I go to All Channels.

Anyone else seeing attempts to record shows on channels that don't exist?
